One of a custom collection of biltong knives created by internationally renowned knifemaker - Bruce Barnett.

This version pays tribute to the classical South African biltong knife, featuring a sheepsfoot blade design.

The 3 & 5/8" blade is made from CPM154 stainless steel and the handle from stabilised Western Australian Black Mulga wood.
