BILTONG POWDER

A versatile, high-protein cupboard staple - our Biltong Powder is finely shredded/ground from dried Wagyu Biltong. 

Add to any meal for extra protein and flavour, common uses include: 

• Sprinkle on boiled/scrambled eggs or omelettes
• Garnish on top of jacketed potatoes, mix with roasted potatoes or sprinkled over roast veggies
• Add to dough for high-protein scones, muffins, bread and bagels
• Stir into pasta sauces or pesto
• Sprinkle over salads or mix into creamy salad dressing
